FALL QUARTER

Thank goodness, I am almost done with this fall quarter. That means that I am 1/3 of the way done with my senior year at EWU.

Passing classes are getting harder for 3 reasons.
1) I have senioritis like nobody's business

2) They are FREAKING hard!

3) I keep mixing up my classes since they are all so similar and my brain just might explode!

This winter break is much needed. I'll still be working to make money to spend to repeat but that's okay, I have amazing people in my life that remind me to be thankful everyday for what I have in my life and I thank them all!

Y'ALL RULE!

Though school has been rough, my social life has been great! I love the people that I have met here at Eastern and I wouldn't trade this experience for anything!

LASTFIRSTDAY

hopefully.

Today I begin my FOURTH year at EWU!
Thus far I am not excited about it. I was told by a friend that my first class, Web1, is very hard and the teacher is "mean"

So, here we go. Summer is over, Google says that it is the first day of autumn, I would challenge it but one, leaves ARE changing, two, I need pants and a light sweater, and three, its Google. You can't argue with Google!

Today is my last FIRST day of school... ever

Let's do this.

Closing in.

Everything seems to be on it's last stretch, for instance, school, time to find a house, my patients, and my sanity. June 13th could not come soon enough. I am the most stressed and tired that I have ever been but, in all of the craziness, I have somehow become the happiest in my other ventures. I have found out a lot about myself and others around me in a different way than I had known before.

I just went CAMPING! I cannot even remember the last time that I went camping and felt so calm and content. I have made some great life long friends since attending college and I am happy to have at least one more year with them. I plan to move out with my closest friend, Ashley. She is my kindred spirit in so many ways and I am so proud to call her my friend. My great friends Caitlin and Brennen are the greatest friends that I could ask for. Those two crack me up and seriously help me to  experience and see life in a different light.

Because of these amazing humans, I have learned what kind of person I am, who I want to be, and who I want to be around. I have such a great support system from my friends and family and I know that they will be there for me no matter what. It is hard to be negative around such great people and my life seems to be pretty good thus far! I look forward to the next, and hopefully last, year of college with everyday being a new adventure!

-until next time-

2015

It is already May and I haven't even touched this blog since September... soooooooo let me recap.

So far in twenty fifteen, I have not done a whole lot other than attend school and work a bunch! I took it upon myself to finally take time off work during spring break. My friends and I went to Seattle for a girls weekend/ birthday weekend for Alexa. After spring break ended, I realized that I really enjoy taking time off so I made all kinds of plans for my summer. Camping, mountain biking, paddle boarding, longboarding, Watershed, Disney World, surfing in Florida and so much more! I am a busy bee but I'm trying to be as active as I can! Hopefully I get to see a lot of family and friends and have the best summer ever since I should GRADUATE from COLLEGE next spring, yikes! Then I'll be forced to be a big girl and take full responsibility over my life. (Thank you mom, dad, John, and Kim)

Until next time. . .

Time Flies

Summer is drawing to an end.
This means that it is back to school, work, friends, and busy days for the next NINE months.
I have been so busy this past summer that I have barely even thought about this blog!
Some new improvements have happened since we moved in. We FINALLY got curtains in our dinning room, bathroom, and kitchen!

YAY for privacy!

I have worked like crazy all summer but in my spare time, I found that I could get through FIVE whole seasons of Desperate Housewives and TWO whole seasons of Rizzoli and Isles!

I am keeping up with those two shows and am now adding Castle to the mix!

School, sports, friends, working out, shows, and work (not in that order) is sounding more and more busy as the month goes on!

I will start complaining about school soon but I will probably give it a week or so!

Until tomorrow.... or whenever!

Some pictures from this summer.
Oh yeah, turning 21 happened.

FINALLY.

We have internet at our new CASA!

We are all moved in and very excited to have out own place! It is slowly but surely coming along since we moved in during the 4th of July holiday!

We are a week into living on our own and so far we have finished our pallet couch (minus the pretty pillows) and as of, about 5 minutes ago, we got our internet working!

Hopefully I will be able to have time to post some pictures..we have to take some first!

In the mean time, CHEERS to growing up!

the cat is just for fun! :)

The Last Stretch.

Dead week is almost here! This past week has been crazy with homework and projects and all I can say is, "TGIF". I have been very fortunate to hang out with my future roomies at Froyo and I was even able to see my best friend in the whole world for a couple of hours!

My week only gets better, besides me having a tiny tick on my tummy! (eww) Today, Friday, I have no plans. I will finish my art project, learn a song on my ukulele, workout, and probably watch a movie!

Tomorrow, Saturday, I will get my car washed in the morning and be on my way to Seattle by the afternoon! What's in Seattle? THE MARINERS GAME! Of course Monday I will have to return to the reality of school. BUT only two more weeks and it is officially SUMMER!

Besides working, Hoopfest is coming up, my friend will be all moved out, then in July, my roomies and I can join the grownups and move out ourselves!

All I know is that I'm almost there!
